Miana Consulting is a Panama-based accounting, finance, tax and business advisory firm. This notice explains what information we collect through mianaconsulting.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

We collect the information you provide directly when filling out the contact form or the floating contact form: full name, email, company, phone, service of interest, and the message you send us.

We do not collect financial, accounting, or tax information about your company through the website. That information is only shared once we begin a service relationship with you, through the channels we agree on directly.

We use the information you share solely to respond to your consultation request, understand your company's context ahead of a first conversation, and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand, in aggregate and anonymized form, how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources). This tool does not use tracking cookies or identify individual visitors.

To operate the site and respond to your messages, we work with infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:

• Resend, to send the emails generated by the contact form.
• Vercel, to host the site and provide aggregate analytics.
• Sanity, to manage the blog content (Insights). This provider does not receive information about site visitors.

We keep the information from your contact requests for as long as an active or potential business relationship exists, and delete it once it no longer serves a reasonable purpose, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request information about the use of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@mianaconsulting.com.
